How do I sign up for services?

Email or call to set up your FREE consultation.

 

When are you available?

Our services are available on weekdays, except for significant weather events and unforeseen emergencies. There is an additional 50% charge for service on provincial, federal or civic holidays.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Existing clients can schedule an appointment by emailing info@drewripley.com.
You can also text your appointment request to 519-500-6640. Email or call us for a free consultation if you are a new customer.

What time will you be arriving to take care of my pet?

We provide you with service windows for your requests. We schedule accordingly within the time block for your pet’s needs. Due to the nature of the schedule and occasional circumstances, we cannot be at your house at an exact time for every visit.

 

However, the time window allows us to schedule accordingly and have consistency!

Times available are:

8:00 AM to 11:00 AM

11:00 AM to 2:00 PM

2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

How will you enter my home?

We use either a passcode lock (if installed) on your door, a garage code, or keys stored in a lockbox at your home.

How will I know my pet was cared for?

We’ll send an email or text with your pet’s care updates and add photos too.

Do staff undergo any background or police checks?

Yes, all dog walkers undergo a police background check YEARLY completed by the Waterloo Regional Police Service.

What happens if there is bad weather?

We walk dogs and complete other pet visits in almost any weather. In the case of extreme weather, getting to your location may be delayed or cancelled due to road conditions.

What are your cancellation and refund policies?

Drop-in visits and walk appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a full charge, with the exception of extreme weather.

Is there a walk minimum per week?

Not at all. Once we are all set up, we can visit multiple times a week or once every few weeks. It really depends on what you and your pup need.

Can I stop my service at any time?

Of course. You’re not locked in, just call when you need us. We want to ensure that you are satisfied with our services.

Are you available on holidays?

Of course! We book up quickly during the holidays, so you may need to book far in advance. There is an additional 50% charge for service on provincial, federal and civic holidays.

How do I pay?

The easiest way to pay is cash or an e-transfer. Alternatively, we can accept payment online through multiple methods. Just reach out, and we will work together to ensure stress-free payment.

When do I pay?

To book services with us, we do require payment in advance. For services requested, the day of, you will be charged that day for services.

Are you first aid certified?

Yes, we are certified in pet first-aid and CPR.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, we are fully insured!
